At NB Property Consulting we support and encourage the work done by Australian Non-for-Profit organisations and believe in giving back to the community. As such, we are offering our services to Non-for-Profit organisations across the country. NB Property Consulting provides independent and impartial advice to commercial tenants. We act against landlords and real estate agents to secure the best commercial outcome for our clients. We can also assist with fitout management, make good negotiations, market rent reviews and property related analysis. We are involved in the full premises cycle from searching for options, shortlisting and negotiations, up to agreement of the commercial terms (Heads of Agreement). We work with occupiers across the nation to understand their real estate needs in order to best support their business' objectives.
