NB Property Consulting provides independent advisory services to corporate occupiers all over Australia.

We work with occupiers to understand their real estate needs in order to best support their business' objectives.  

From identifying your business needs to searching for and negotiating with premises, NB Property Consulting provides the full range of tenant representation services. We are not aligned to any real estate firms, landlords or developers which allows us to provide true independent and impartial advice

We provide advice across a number of areas including commercial office, retail and industrial.

WHO WE ARE

NB Property Consulting's Director Nathan Blue has over 15 years experience in Tenant Representation, having advised a range of companies from small businesses through to large multinational corporations.
 
Our business model minimises potential conflicts of interest and allows for greater transparency. We test the full market to uncover all options available to our clients and we are not restricted by any pre-existing affiliations within the industry. Minimising the risks associated with lease agreements ensures you save not only time but money as part of the premises selection process.

 

We are involved in the full premises cycle from searching for options, shortlisting and negotiations, up to agreement of the commercial terms (Heads of Agreement). It is also important for your advisor to be involved in the legal documentation to ensure that the commercial aspects of the agreement are reflected in the lease.
